Hi Emily,
Have you looked at the ASL Deaf Vegetarian/Vegan group on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/groups/SignLanguageVeggie/). They are ASL, not BSL, but they’ll have English as a written language… so there might be good contact there, and they might also know of UK people.
I know there *are* Deaf vegans in the UK… Tomato Lichy (London) *was* vegan, although his appearance on the BSL Zone Punk Chef programme learning to cook: http://www.bslzone.co.uk/watch/the-punk-chef/series-1/punk-chef-1-programme-2/ suggests that he’s veggie now instead. Some of the comments on that video (for example from Xavier Tam) show that there are a few (probably) deaf people who are interested at least in veganism.
If you’re Bristol-based, then I’m now aware of anything in the city, but there are at least two vegetarian deaf people I know here, and a question posted to https://www.facebook.com/groups/bristoldeafcommunity should get you an answer.

I hope this helps?
All the best,
