Off the map
We are working with Southville CDA, the Greater Bedminister Community Partnership
and the Dame Emily Park Project team to explore the histories of place in Bedminister/Southville,
focused specifically around Dame Emily Park. Crowd-sourcing oral histories, undertaking historical
research and co-producing historical interpretation in situ lie at the heart of this project that explores
the shifting meanings of place and how the past impacts present and future use of space.
